4 medium sweet potato
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 crust pie crust 9 inch

Preparation / Directions:

Boil potatoes until soft, then peel and place in mixing bowl. Beat until no lumps are left. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, nutmeg, butter and milk. beat until creamy. pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown.
