Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:


2 1/2 pounds Enough potatoes cubed to feed your family (peeled or unpeeled doesnt matter)

1/4 pound butter or margarine

3 cloves Garlic (crushed or fresh) to your taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


On stove top melt butter and cook garlic until brown. Add potatoes and cover them with the melted butter and garlic. Cook in hot oven for about 50 minutes until tender. Mix them half way through cooking. A favorite in our house. Really nice with steak and veggies or anything at all!
