Ingredients:

8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese

4 cups hot mashed potatoes

1 large egg -- beaten

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped pimento

1 teaspoon salt

1 dash pepper

Combine cream cheese and potatoes; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a 1 quart casserole at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
