Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients:


3 cups mashed potatoes

1 package sour cream (8 oz.)

5 slices bacon (5 to 6 slices) -- cooked and crumbled

3 small green onion -- chopped

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.) -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and green onion. Top with cheese. Bake potatoes at 300 F for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
