Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:


2 pounds potatoes

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

3 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt and black pepper

1 bunch chopped fresh chives
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put potatoes in saucepan of water, cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat. Uncover and cook about until potatoes are tender. Drain and return potatoes to pan. With electric mixer beat together yogurt, sour cream, ricotta, butter and paprika until smooth. Beat yogurt mixture into potatoes. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Stir in chives and serve. Approximately 10-12 minutes.
