CREAMED POTATOES

Ingredients:


2 medium potatoes -- peeled and cut into 1/2 in slices

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives

1 bunch Chopped fresh parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain and keep warm. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt in a medium bowl; stir well. Add potatoes and olives; toss gently to mix. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle parley over top.
