Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter

1 small onion -- sliced

1 can broccoli cheese soup

1/3 cup milk

1/8 teaspoon pepper

4 medium potatoes -- cooked and sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:


In skillet over medium heat, melt butter, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk, pepper and potatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
