Preparation / Directions:Let potatoes cool, and place in a large bowl. Peel eggs and add to bowl with potatoes. Add onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, celery and bacon. mix lightly. Add mustard and mayonnaise, and mix well. (Additional mayonnaise can be added to taste).
