Creamy Ranch Potato Salad |

Ingredients:
1 cup wish-bone ranch or lite ranch dressing -- (8 oz.) |
1/2 cup sliced green onions |
2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill* |
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard |
2 large hard-cooked eggs -- finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3 pounds red bliss or new potatoes -- cooked and cut into large chunks |

Preparation / Directions:
In large salad bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except potatoes. Toss with warm potatoes; cover and chill. Makes about 10 side-dish servings. *Substitution: Use 1 teaspoon dried dill weed.
