Ingredients:


2 Cup New potatoes scrubbed and sliced, with skins left on, steamed until tender

2 Cup Fresh spinach leaves well washed and drained

1/2 cups red onion sliced into rings

1/4 Cup Fresh mushrooms sliced

1/4 Cup Lowfat Italian Dressing
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sliced, cooked potaotes, sliced mushrooms, red onion rings and fresh spinach leaves in a bowl. Dress with Lowfat Italian Dressing.
