Ingredients:


2 pounds pork crown roast

5 medium red potato

5 medium carrot

6 medium white pearl onions

8 ounces chorizo ancho seasoning

4 ounces water
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. arrange roast and vegetables in large roasting pan. 2. insert meat thermometer in pork roast. 3. mix together chorizo ancho seasoning and water. 4. pour over roast and vegetables. 5. bake in 350ø oven until meat thermometer registers 155ø. approximately 2-2 1/2 hours.
