Dr. Pepper Roast

Ingredients:


2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons oil

1 cup Dr. Pepper

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 pound beef roast -- (3 to 4)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients, except meat and mix well. Pour over roast and refrigerate 6 to 24 hours, turning several times. To cook, roast at 325 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours until tender. Drain before roasting.
