Beef Tenderloins with Roasted Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:


1 head garlic - unpeeled -- separated (about 10 to 12 cloves)

3/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce -- divided

1/4 cup dry red wine or water

1/4 cup onion -- finely chopped

4 fillets beef tenderloin steaks -- 4-ounces each
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place garlic on baking sheet. Bake at 500F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until soft; cool. Squeeze pulp from skins; chop slightly. Heat garlic pulp, 1/2 cup steak sauce, wine or water and onion in a small saucepan to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm. Grill or broil steaks for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, brushing with remaining steak sauce. Serve with sauce.
