Ingredients:


1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup garlic

3 teaspoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles

2 pounds pork tenderloin

2 teaspoons sesame seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine soy, sugar, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in a blender process to thoroughly mix pour over pork cover and chill for 4-6 hours, turning often remove from marinade bias-slice thinly, across the grain grill until well browned on all sides arrange onto a serving platter garnish with toasted sesame seeds serve hot
