Apple Roast Pork

Ingredients:


3 pounds boneless pork loin roast

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons peanut oil

2 teaspoon rosemary

3 pounds potato

2 cups apple

1 cup onion

3/4 cup apple cider

1 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


rub pork well with salt and oil place rosemary into a roasting pan place roast on top of rosemary roast @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes surround roast with onion and apple slices place potatoes onto apples and onions pour cider over roast and garnish sprinkle with black pepper insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of roast roast @ 350 degrees for 1-2 hours, to an internal temperature of 165 degrees remove from oven and allow to rest for 20-30 minutes before carving serve hot
