Ingredients:


1/2 pound bacon

1/2 pound boneless pork

1/2 pound smoked ham

2 cups onion

3 cups tomato concasse

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon dried oregano

4 cups canned kidney beans

24 ounces beer
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook bacon until crisp, in a skillet, over a moderate flame add pork and ham cover and allow to steam-saute for 5 minutes remove cover and set aside add remaining ingredients-mix well heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 45-60 minutes, to the desired consistency serve hot, with warm tortillas to the side
