Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops

Ingredients:


6 chops Pork chops -- 1/2 inch thick

1 tablespoon Veg oil

5 cups Potatoes -- peeled, sliced

1 can Cream of celery soup

6 slices American cheese

1 1/4 cups Milk

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown chops on one side in hot oil. Remove; reserve drippings. Place half of potatoes in greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Top with cheese slices then remaining potatoes. Place chops, browned side up on potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook onions in pan drippings until tender. Add soup and milk. Heat; then pour over chops. Cover with foil. Bake 350F, 1 hr. Remove cover and continue baking 30 minutes or until meat and vegs are tender.
