Ingredients:


4 chops cubed pork steaks

2 1/2 teaspoons flour

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Servings: 1 Carrots sliced thin Onions sliced thin Potatoes sliced thin Brown steaks well in frying pan. Remove meat - add flour, soup and milk to fry pan and simmer a few minutes. layer in casserole the potatoes and carrots and onions. Top with meat and season with salt and pepper. Top with soup mixture and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/ 2 hour or until done.
