1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 package fruit-flavored gelatin -- (3 ounces)
1/2 pound salted peanuts -- coarsely chopped
9 cups popcorn popped

Preparation / Directions:

Combine sugar and syrup in saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add peanuts and pour over popcorn in large bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls with greased hands. Makes about 5 dozen popcorn balls.
