2 Individual size Bobolis 1 Red Sweet Pepper 1 Purple Onion Assorted Veggies (e.g. -- zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms) Fresh herbs (e.g. -- basil, oregano) Garlic Sprinkles Garlic flavored Olive Oil Saute pepper, onion, and veggies in olive oil. Place on Boboli, sprinkle with Garlic Sprinkles, top with fresh herbs. Bake @400° for 8 minutes.
