Ingredients:


2 large eggs

2/3 cup milk

1 cup wheat flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oregano

1 dash pepper

1 cup cornmeal
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat eggs, add milk, then flour and seasonings. Dust pizza pan with cornmeal. Pour in batter, spreading to sides. Bake at 425*F for 30 minutes.
