Peanut Butter Pizza

Ingredients:


1 package yeast

1 cup very warm water

2 teaspoons honey

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups whole wheat flour or 1 cup white and

1 cup whole wheat

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons cornmeal

1 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/3 cup chopped nuts

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sprinkle yeast over water in medium-size bowl and stir to dissolve. Let stand 10 minutes until bubbly. Stir in honey, 1 tablespoon oil, and salt. Add flour and beat until smooth. Turn out onto lightly floured surface, adding more flour if necessary. Knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Roll out to make a 15-inch circle. Oil a 14-inch pizza pan and sprinkle with corn meal. Fit dough onto pan. Press with fingers around edge to keep flat. Let rest 15 minutes. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees. Combine peanut butter and honey in small bowl; spread over pizza. Sprinkle with raisins, seeds, coconut, and nuts. Sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crust is brown and crisp.
