Cheese Pizza With Rice Crust

Ingredients:


---CRUST---

2 1/2 cups cooked rice

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

1 large egg -- beaten

2 tablespoons onion -- finely chopped

1 tablespoons margarine -- melted

---TOPPING---

8 ounces tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/3 cup green pepper -- chopped

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese -- grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 425=F8F (hot) Mix crust ingredients thoroughly. Spread evenly and press into a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 20 minutes or until surface is lightly brown. Mix tomato sauce and seasonings. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle with green pepper and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
