Preparation / Directions:Saute rice, onion, and green pepper in butter in a 2-quart casserole until
rice is golden brown. Remove from heat; stir in next 3 ingredients. Add
saffron, if desired. Cover and bake at 350 F for 55 minutes or until liquid
is absorbed. Sprinkle cheese over top, if desired; bake 5 additional
minutes.
