Preparation / Directions:1. Brown bulgur, onion, garlic and seasonings in butter in a saucepan until tender.
2. Add consomme‚, lemon juice, carrots, raisins and mint; bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in tomatoes; heat to serve.
