Delicious peach pie with or without the crumble topping. Easy and quick to mix and make. | ||||||||||||||
Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Peel and slice peaches. Mix peaches with the other ingredients and pour into an unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes until pie is slightly brown. While the pie bakes prepare topping.
Topping:
Blend butter,sugar, flour, and cinnamon with a pastry cutter (or two knives) until crumbs are the size of small peas. Sprinkle topping over the baked pie and bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
(Using chilled butter or margarine helps ensure the crumb topping is the right consistency)
