Pecan Pie

Ingredients:


3 Large Eggs

1 Dash Salt

2/3 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Pecans

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

1/8 Cup Butter or Margarine melted

1 1/8 Cups Light Corn Syrup

1 crust pie shell 9 inch
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place eggs in mixer bowl, add dash salt and beat until light; add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into unbaked 9" crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. NOTE: I find it best to bake with the pie pan on a cookie sheet to prevent crust from burning.
