Preparation / Directions: Place eggs in mixer bowl, add dash salt and beat until light; add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into unbaked 9" crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. NOTE: I find it best to bake with the pie pan on a cookie sheet to prevent crust from burning.
