Pineapple Coconut Pie

Quick, easy & needs no refrigeration.
 

Ingredients:


1 can crushed pineapple

1 cup coconut

4 large eggs

2 cups sugar

1 stick butter

2 teaspoon flour

2 teaspoon corn meal

2 crust pie crusts 9 inch
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients together and pour into two 9" pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Great for summer as it needs no refrigeration.
