3/4 tablespoons LEMON JUICE

1 1/2 tablespoons FLOUR

4 Cups SLICED PEARS

1 Cup SOUR CREAM

1 crust UNBAKED PIE SHELL

1 large EGG BEATEN POUR INTO SHELL AND

1/2 tablespoons VANILLA

1 teaspoon SALT
 

Preparation / Directions:


BAKE at 450° 15 MINS. REDUCE HEAT AND CONTINUE TO BAKE at 350° FOR 30 MINS. MORE -THEN MIX -1/3 SUGAR + 1/3 CUP FLOUR + 1/2 C. BUTTER- SPREAD ON TOP and BAKE 20 MINS. at 325°
