Preparation / Directions:Beat sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl at medium speed of mixer until smooth. Add milk and next 7 ingredients; beat until blended. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Pecan Topping evenly over filling. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Serve warm, or cool on a wire rack
Pecan Topping: Combine first 5 ingredients in a small mixing bowl; beat at medium speed on mixer until blended. Stir in pecans.
