Quick Turkey Pie

Ingredients:


2 cups bisquick baking mix

1 tablespoon instant minced onions

2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

2 ounces sharp processed american cheese -- shredded

4 tablespoons butter -- melted

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 dash pepper

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup shredded carrots

2 cups diced cooked turkey
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine Bisquick with minced onions; stir in the 2/3 cups milk till mix is moistened. Pat into greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with green pepper and cheese. Bake in hot oven 400 degree oven for 18020 minutes till golden. Meanwhile blend butter or margarine, flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Add the 2 cups milk and Worcestershire sauce all at once. Cook and stir till mixture thickens and bubbling. Stir in carrots and turkey; heat through. Cut biscuit pie in wedges; top with turkey sauce.
