Quick and Cheesy Corn Pie |

Ingredients:
2 cups biscuit mix |
2 tablespoons butter -- melted |
1/2 cup cold water |
1/2 cup milk |
4 large eggs |
1 can cream-style corn (17 oz.) |
3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz.) |
2 tablespoons minced onion |
2 tablespoons minced green pepper |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients; stir until a stiff batter forms. Spoon batter into a lightly greased 10 inch pie plate; spread to form a shell. Set aside. Combine milk and eggs; beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 375 F for 50 to 55 minutes or until filling is set.
