Pumpkin Pie 5

Ingredients:


1 crust unbaked pie shell

3 cup cooked pumpkin

3/4 cup brown sugar substitute

4 large egg beaters equal to 4 eggs

1 can evaporated skimmed milk

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix up all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350~ for about 1 1/4 hours or until set. Sorry folks no nutritional info available and I had to guess at number of servings - since Pat gave none.
