Pumpkin Pie 3

Ingredients:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice -- see note
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/3 cups pet evaporated milk
1 large egg -- slightly beaten
1 crust unbaked pastry crust 9 inch
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix in 3 quart bowl brown sugar, flour, salt and pie spice. 2. Add and stir until smoothe pumpkin, evaporated milk and egg. 3. Pour mixture into pastry crust. Bake in 375 oven (high moderate) about 50 minutes, or until firm. Serve warm or cold. NOTE: In place of pumpkin pie spice, you can use 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cloves.
