Pumpkin Chess Pie

Ingredients:


4 Whole eggs

2 Cups granulated sugar

1 Cup heavy cream

1 Cup butter -- melted

1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 Cup mashed pumpkin

1/2 Tablespoon vanilla flavoring

1 crust unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust

1 package Whipped topping (for garnish)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, cream, butter, flour, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix until well blended and smooth. Pour in crust. Bake at 350° about 40 minutes, or until firm. Decorate with whipped topping. Chill if desired.
