Prarie Mock Lemon Pie

Ingredients:


1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 large egg

1/3 cup unsalted butter

1 crust pie crust
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg-mix well add water, vinegar, eggs, and butter-mix well pour into a prepared pie crust bake @ 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until puffy and lightly browned remove from oven and allow to cool completely serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
