Pie Crust (double crust fruit pie)

Ingredients:


1 package jiffy pie crust mix

5 tablespoons water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Proceed as directed on package. Use freeze dried fruits or other fillings according to package directions. For filling we suggest 1 ounce freeze dried fruit 1 cup water 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes. Pour filling into bottom crust, cover with perforated top crust and bake with moderate heat for about 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and flaky.
