Preparation / Directions:Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together until it feels like cornmeal. Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and egg yolks together; add milk, butter and vanilla. Cook over low heat until thickened. Pour powdered sugar and peanut mixture into pie mixture and stir just a little. Pour into baked pie shell; top with beaten egg whites. Bake at 325 until light brown for about 15 minutes.
