Peanut Butter Chocolate Crust Pie

Ingredients:


---CRUST

1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter -- melted

---FILLING

8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon butter -- softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream -- whipped

1 ounce grated chocolate -- optional OR

1/4 cup chocolate cookie crumbs -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes; cool. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. 3. Fold in whipped cream and gently spoon into crust. 4. Sprinkle with chocolate or cookie crumbs if deisred. Refrigerate.
