Orange Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup cold water

2 1/2 cups pumpkin

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/3 cup orange juice

2 cups milk

2 large egg yolks slightly beaten

2 tablespoons butter

1 crust baked pie shell
 

Preparation / Directions:


Soften gelatin in water 5 minutes. Combine next 8 ingredients in order listed and cook in top of double boiler until slightly thickened. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool. Pour into pastry shell and chill until firm. MAKES 10 inch pie
