Ingredients:

6 medium apple -- macintosh sliced

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon allspice

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 cups flour

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, and then reduce oven heat to 350 and bake for 50 minutes or until both top and bottom crusts are brown. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
