Lula's Pennsylvania Dutch Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients:


1 crust 9 inch pie crust

-----FILLING-----

1 1/4 cups Sour cream

1 cup Sugar

3 tablespoons Flour

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla

4 cups Thin sliced tart apples

1 large Egg -- beaten

-----CRUMBS-----

1/4 cup Cold butter

1/3 cup Flour

1/3 cup Brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend crumb ingredients together and set aside. Combine sour cream, sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Add apples and beaten egg. Bake in shell for 25 minutes @ 400F. Remove from oven, add crumbs. Return to oven for 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Serve when cold.
