Preparation / Directions:You may use egg substitutes equal to 2 eggs in place of the eggs.
Sift together sugar, flour, and salt. Melt margarine and add to mixture. Add milk, eggs, flavoring, lemon juice and lemon rind.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
