Fresh Corn Custard Pie

Ingredients:


2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk -- scalded

2 cups cooked fresh corn kernels

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 dash pepper

1 crust unbaked pastry shell 9 inch
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat eggs. Mix in milk, corn, butter, salt, sugar and pepper. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven 30 minutes, or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with bacon slices. Makes 6 servings.
