French Coconut Pie

Ingredients:


1 crust unbaked pie shell

3 large eggs -- slightly beaten

1 stick margarine or butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 cup flaked coconut
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and pour into the pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes and serve plain or with Cool Whip.
