Chocolate Cobbler

Ingredients:


2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1/4 cup oleo -- melted

1 cup nuts -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix dry ingredients together and then stir in rest. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. In separate bowl, combine: 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 1 cup brown sugar Sprinkle over cake batter, Pour 2 cups cold water over top. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Top part will test done. Serve warm or cold. Cut in squares. Turn each serving upside down when you serve it. Ice cream or whipped cream is good on top.
