Chili Dog Pie

Ingredients:


2 1/2 cups bisquick

3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

6 tablespoons cold water

1 pound hot dogs

2 cans canned chili or 4 cups homemade chili -- (15 oz each)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 13x9x2 pan generously with Pam. Combine bisquick, mustard, and water in small mixing bowl. Stir until dough forms. With fingertips dipped in flour, press dough into bottom and up sides of prepared dish; set aside. 2. Slice hot dogs into prepared crust. Spoon chili over hot dogs. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes, uncovered, or until heated through. Serve with whatever you usually eat on hot dogs...catsup, onion, sauerkraut, green relish.... Note....Add some cole slaw picked up from the deli, and maybe some fresh fruit for dessert...and there's dinne
