Cheery Cherry Cheese Pie

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk -- eagle brand

1/3 cup realemon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 crust graham cracker pie crust -- 9 inch

1 can cherry pie filling -- chilled
 

Preparation / Directions:


In medium bowl, beat cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
