Ingredients:

2 2/3 cups powdered sugar

2/3 cup peanut butter

1 cup milk

8 ounces cream cheese

9 ounces cool whip

2 crust graham cracker pie crust -- 9 inch

Preparation / Directions:

Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk, and cream cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into two prepared graham cracker pie crusts. Take a tub of Cool Whip, or use equivalent of prepared whipped cream, and top each pie generously. The pies can be decorated with chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, or shaved chocolate. Freeze pies until firm. Serve frozen. Note: This makes two pies, enough for 12-16. You can serve one pie, and wrap the other in foil and keep on hand in the freezer for another time. This is a great summer dessert, cold and creamy. The perfect thing for a backyard barbeque!
