Bread and Butter Pickles 2

Ingredients:


1 quart cucumbers -- sliced

1 medium onion -- sliced

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 cup vinegar

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon celery seed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring all ingredients except cucumbers and onions to boil. Then add cucumbers and onions and bring to boil again. Or, pour boiling solution over cold cucumbers and onions. Store in refrigerator.
